Top rated legal firm expands with new department

A fast-growing and award-winning law firm with over 50-years of combined legal experience has just welcomed the opening of its new Conveyancing department.

With over 400 five-star Google reviews, and a 4.9 score on Trustpilot, Batley Law – who have offices in Batley and Hull, hosted the launch of their Conveyancing department, in collaboration with Islamic Finance provider Stride Up.

At an event held at Sapphire Banqueting Hall on 15th of January, Managing Director of Batley Law, Mr Waseem Nazir, presented how the firm has grown from a two-man team to now a team of 20 caseworkers, boasting a very diverse team with individuals from 10 different nationalities.

Batley Law’s newly appointed Head of Conveyancing, Liaquat Ali presented his plans for the new department.

Liaquat, an individual with over 15-years experience having managed HNW clients for both Barclays Premier and Coutts during his ten year stint with Optima Legal.

Mr Nazir commented: “With Liaquat Ali’s expertise on board now, Batley Law are in a position to carry out all property-related work including, Sales, Purchases, Transfer of equity, Commercial leases and Landlord/tenant disputes.”

Head of Sales for Stride up (Islamic finance provider) Rizwan Ali presented the work their organisation is doing to allow customers to purchase homes in a more ethical manner as oppose to traditional lending.

Professionals and businesspeople from the property industry were in attendance, including many estate agents and property developers.
