A British Asian entrepreneur who owns a thriving electronics firm in China has launched a new product in the market.

Originally from Bradford, Shazad Talib, is the face behind Zini Mobiles Ltd. The brand is best known for its Zanco Tiny range of miniature phones.

In a recent interview with Telegraph & Argus, the businessman revealed the launch of Zanco high-quality earphones.

Ensuring that the product is not only of superior quality but also affordable for consumers, Talib said that it has already been selling well in Asian markets under white label and will be made available in the US and Europe soon.

He told Telegraph & Argus: “We’ve developed earphones which consist of four drivers – meaning speakers, with two in each ear.

\”The sound quality is immaculate. A similar quality product by another company would be selling for £250 – and we are selling ours for around a tenth of that price.

“We are not a greedy company.

“We are using the highest quality speakers that you can imagine – which means the sound quality is absolutely awesome. It’s one of my favourite inventions.”

Additionally, he discussed several other products currently in the development pipeline, including a cost-effective 5G smartphone and what he referred to as \”smart sunglasses,\” featuring the ability to change the tint with a simple press of a button.

He clarified that these items were engineering samples that he could present during this interaction with T&A.

Furthermore, he shared his experience of conceiving multiple concepts for future inventions during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when much of the world was under lockdown restrictions.

Zanco produces a wide range of products including phones made specifically for the elderly, with large, easy-to-use buttons, as well as affordable mobile phones that are sold in Africa and several other countries across the world.

Talib is now based in China, where he runs his massively successful company. He is currently in the UK visiting his family in Bradford.
